With said experience, Kevin have transitioned to the software side, where he has worked and advised on several construction tech startups, championing transformative methods that enhance communication and streamline workflows. Beyond his primary role, Kevin is privileged to advise multiple seed-stage startups on go-to-market strategies. He also serve as a Board Member for the CIO Scholarship Fund (501c3) and as an Adjunct Professor and Program Coordinator at San Jose State University (CSU).

Misha Homara is the CEO of TriCore Panels, a leading Bay Area firm specializing in architectural panel systems for commercial construction. Dillon Mitchell is an accomplished Professional Electrical Engineer with over 15 years of experience managing $1 billion in commercial construction projects. He has completed more than 75 Arc Flash Studies and led projects across diverse sectors, including K-12, higher education, healthcare, hotels, restaurants, multi-family housing, dormitories, corporate offices, warehousing, and manufacturing. Dillon excels in managing MEP teams and leveraging cutting-edge BIM and AI technologies to drive project success.

Fred Meeske, Sr. VP of BIM, Engineering, Tech & Analytics at Rosendin. In addition to overseeing the operational engineering and modeling groups, Fred oversees the technology teams developing and implementing innovative solutions through the company.

Jad Chalhoub is Rosendin’s Sr Director of Innovation, leading a multi-disciplinary team focused on fostering innovation throughout the organization. His team focuses on advanced analytics & AI, software development and innovation management. Jad earned his PhD in Construction Technology in 2019 before joining Rosendin.

Stuart Binstock served as President and CEO of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA ) from 2011–2023. in that capacity, CFMA recognized that there was a serious problem related to Suicide in the construction industry and dedicated time and resources to that initiative beginning in 2016. Recognizing that the issue was far greater than just its members and extended to the entire construction industry, Binstock led the efforts to form the Construction Industry Alliance for Suicide Prevention (CIASP). CIASP was formed in 2018, with the goal of reducing suicides in the construction industry and bringing the entire industry together to seek solutions to this serious problem. Since 2018, Binstock has served on the board of trustees of CIASP. Since his retirement from CFMA in 2023, he has focused his attention on traveling the country and speaking about suicide prevention to a variety of groups, including associations, general contractors, subcontractors, and others connected to the industry. In 2023, Binstock received the first ever CIASP champion award for “his unmatched, dedication and passion for suicide, prevention and mental health promotion in the construction industry. Stuart received his JD from the Catholic University School of Law in Washington DC and has a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.

Dr. Manideep Tummalapudi is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Construction Management at California State University, Fresno, where he specializes in construction finance, workforce development, transportation construction, and the use of emerging technologies in the industry. He holds an interdisciplinary Ph.D. in construction management and education sciences from Colorado State University, an M.S. in civil engineering from Bradley University, and a B.Tech. in civil engineering from GITAM University, India. Dr. Tummalapudi has industry experience in both the U.S. and India, acclaimed research contributions, several teaching awards, and is recognized for his innovative work on integrating artificial intelligence and modern educational approaches in construction education.

He is licensed as a CPA, CTRC, CTRS, CISA, CITP, CRISC, CGMA, CRMA, CFE, CGAP, CISM, CGEIT, and CDSPE. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from San Diego State University and a Master of Business Administration (Taxation) from California State University, Hayward. In addition, he teaches as a tax and accounting instructor/adjunct professor at the University of California, Berkeley, and Menlo College.
